Senior Claims Adjuster
This position involves managing claim files on behalf of clients for claims service business operations, requiring independent decision making and a high level of knowledge regarding claims handling functions. This position will handle and supervise complex and litigated claims with authority for settlement, and be responsible for the investigation of coverage, liability, and damages, negotiating with claimants, attorneys, and other insurance carriers, through the life of a claim.
DTS Specialist – Workshop Presenter
We are looking for someone to educate and train the professional drivers in all of our programs to be safer on the roads by practicing defensive driving strategies in a variety of vehicles, roadway conditions, and scenarios, all in the safety of a virtual simulator. This is a unique client-facing position that involves traveling to member locations, operating and maintaining our Driver Training Simulator (DTS), as well as maintaining the truck and trailer that houses the simulator.
Investigator
This position is responsible for conducting fact-finding investigations for the members of Clear Solutions’ insurance pools on matters that could result in liability under their policies. This is a client-facing position that requires travel to member locations, exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of the criminal justice system.
